Effective September 20, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Cary Accounting website, its contact form, and its instant quote tool. By using the site, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The Privacy Policy explains how website information is handled.

Website information and professional services

Content on this site is general information. It does not account for your circumstances and is not tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. Reading the site, sending a form, receiving a reply, or viewing an estimate does not create a client relationship. Professional services begin only after Cary Accounting and the client agree to an engagement letter or other written service agreement. That agreement controls the scope, fees, responsibilities, deadlines, and other terms of the professional engagement if it conflicts with these website terms.

Instant quotes and inquiries

The instant quote tool provides a preliminary estimate based on the answers you enter and the pricing assumptions displayed in the tool. It is not a binding offer or a final fee. A team member may need to review your records and circumstances before confirming the scope or price. The tool also presents a separate Instant Quote User Agreement when you request that an estimate be sent; that agreement applies to the submitted request. Please provide accurate information and do not include Social Security numbers, tax documents, passwords, or other sensitive records in public forms.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse the forms, or copy site content in a way that violates another party’s rights. We may limit access or submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users.

Site content and outside links

Cary Accounting or its licensors own the site text, design, logos, and other materials, except where otherwise identified. You may view and print pages for your own informational use. The site may link to government resources, third-party articles, and the TaxDome client portal. We provide those links for convenience; outside sites have their own content and terms.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but information can become outdated and the site or tools can be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational tools are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
